- Attach the mounting template sticker to the wall, and drill holes to the mounting paper.
- Remove the screw on the bottom of the device.
- Take away the back plate.
- Fix the plastic pad and the back plate on the wall according to the mounting paper. Then snap the device onto the back plate.
- Tighten the screw on the bottom, and fix the device to the back plate.

- There are six DIP switches on the back of FR1200. Switches 1-4 s for RS485 address, switch 5 is reserved, switch 6 s for reducing noise on long RS485 cable.
- TheFR1200supports OSDP(Ver2.1.7)and ZK-RS485 communication protocols, enabling seamless integration with ZKTeco’s advanced access control systems, such as the InBio Pro Plus series and other fingerprint terminals.
- If the cable length is more than 200 meters or 600 t, the number 6switchshouldbe ON.

- One InBio Pro Plus can connect to a maximum of eight readers.
- Set the RS-485 addresses of each FR1200 by the DIP switch before power is supplied.
- Each FR1200 reader requires a separate power supply.
- FR1200 reader supports ZKFingerprint V10.0 (Default)/ V13.0 algorithm version, adaptive host controller, host can switch to select the fingerprint algorithm version.
