1 Isingeniso

I-MSB iqinisekisa ukuguquguquka, ukwethembeka kanye nokunemba kwe-LSI LASTEM, kanye ne-advantagiphrothokholi yokuxhumana ejwayelekile eye yahlolwa emsebenzini iminyaka: Modbus RTU®.
Ithuluzi likala amapharamitha alandelayo:

2 Ukufakwa komkhiqizo
2.1 Imithetho yokuphepha ejwayelekile
Sicela ufunde le mithetho ejwayelekile yokuphepha ukuze ugweme ukulimala kwabantu futhi uvimbele ukulimala komkhiqizo noma kweminye imikhiqizo ehlobene nawo. Ukuze ugweme noma yimuphi umonakalo, sebenzisa lo mkhiqizo ngokukhethekile ngokwemiyalelo equkethwe lapha.

Ungawusebenzisi umkhiqizo uma kunezinsolo zokungasebenzi kahle. Esimeni sokungasebenzi okusolekayo, unganikezi amandla ithuluzi futhi uxhumane nosekelo lobuchwepheshe olugunyaziwe ngokushesha.
Ungabeki ukusebenza komkhiqizo kunamanzi noma umswakama ojiyayo.

Ngaphambi kokuthi wenze noma yimuphi umsebenzi ekuxhumekeni kukagesi, isistimu yokuphakela amandla, izinzwa nezinto zokuxhumana:

2.2 Isakhiwo sezingxenye zangaphakathi
Isithombe 1 sibonisa isakhiwo sezingxenye ngaphakathi kwebhokisi. Ibhulokhi yetheminali ixhunywe kusici senzwa se-Pt100 (esisebenza kokuhluka komkhiqizo 1 kuphela), esisebenziseka ukukala izinga lokushisa langaphakathi lensimbi; lokhu kubizwa ngenzwa ye-Temperature 2. Uma ufisa ukusebenzisa okokufaka kwethuluzi njengendawo yokulinganisa eyengeziwe, uma kuqhathaniswa nalawo asevele ekhona I-Temperature 1, ungasusa inzwa ye-Pt100 futhi usebenzise amatheminali ebhodi ukuze uthole inzwa yangaphandle yezinga lokushisa.

2.3 Ukuqiniswa kwemishini
Ukufakwa kwe-apparatus kungenziwa-odongeni ngokusebenzisa amapulaki angu-4 odongeni, nezikulufu ezingu-6 mm, kusetshenziswa izimbobo ezibekwe kuphaneli elingemuva.
I-MSB iyisisetshenziswa sokulinganisa esinembayo, kodwa singaphansi kokunyakaza okushisayo (nakuba kuncane); ngenxa yalesi sizathu, sincoma ukubeka ama-apparatus endaweni enomthunzi futhi ephephile kuma-atmospheric agents (ngisho noma kungenasidingo ngokucacile).
2.4 Ukuxhunywa kukagesi
Nika amandla ithuluzi ngokuya ngemininingwane yobuchwepheshe. Ikakhulukazi uzothola ukusebenza okulungile usebenzisa umhlaba ofanelekile wezintambo zikagesi nezintambo zokuxhumana.
Ngaphansi kwesembozo sebhokisi, ungathola umdwebo obonisa izintambo zikagesi zomugqa wokuxhumana we-RS-485 nezinzwa; kufinyezwa kulelithebula elilandelayo:

(**) Kusebenza okuhlukile komkhiqizo 4 kuphela: izinga lokushisa 2 linikezwa kusuka embonini ngenzwa ye-Pt100 yokulinganisa izinga lokushisa langaphakathi le-MSB. Susa le nzwa kumatheminali ebhodi uma lokhu kufakwa kuyadingeka ukuze kusetshenziselwe inzwa yangaphandle yezinga lokushisa.

Ekuqaleni yenza uxhumano lwezinzwa ezigijima izintambo ngaphakathi kwezimbobo zama-cable-guides; imihlahlandlela yekhebula engasetshenziswanga kufanele ivalwe, kusetshenziswa, isiboneloample, ucezu olulodwa lwekhebula. Qinisa iziqondiso zekhebula ngendlela efanele ukuze ugweme ukugeleza kothuli, umswakama noma izilwane ngaphakathi kwesiqukathi.
Ekugcineni xhuma izintambo zikagesi. Ukukhanyisa kwe-LED eluhlaza ekhadini le-MSB kuqinisekisa ukuba khona kwamandla kagesi (bona §6.2).
Ngokomthetho sincoma ukuhlukanisa imigqa yokuphakela amandla emigqeni yokulinganisa esetshenziselwa ukuxhuma izinzwa ne-MSB, ukuze kwehliswe ukuphazamiseka okungaba khona kukagesi kube kuncane; ngakho-ke gwema ukusetshenziswa kwemigwaqo efanayo yalezi zinhlobo ezahlukene zezintambo. Faka isiphikisa sokunqanyulwa komugqa kuzo zombili iziphetho zebhasi le-RS-485 (shintsha u-SW4).
Inzwa yombani ngaphakathi isebenzisa idivayisi ebucayi kakhulu ekwazi ukuthola amasignali amaza omsakazo; ukuze kuthuthukiswe amandla ayo okwamukela okuphuma komsakazo we-thunder bolt, kunconywa ukuthi ubeke inzwa endaweni efanele kude namadivayisi okungenzeka abangele ukuphazamiseka kukazibuthe kagesi, ngokwesibonelo.ampi-le, izisetshenziswa zokusakaza zomsakazo noma amadivaysi okushintsha amandla. Indawo ekahle yale nzwa yilapho noma iyiphi idivayisi kagesi noma kagesi ingekho.
2.4.1 Umugqa we-serial 2
Ukuxhumana kulayini wokuxhumana we-serial no. 2 yenziwa ngesixhumi sowesifazane esingu-9 esitholakala ngaphakathi kwensimbi. Xhuma i-MSB ku-PC usebenzisa intambo evamile ye-DTE/DCE (hhayi inverting). I-MSB isebenzisa amasiginali we-Rx/Tx kuphela, ngakho-ke ikhebula yesixhumi se-D-Sub yamaphini angu-9 ingancishiswa ukuze isebenzise izigxobo 2, 3 kanye no-5 kuphela.
Cabanga ukuthi amasiginali kagesi we-serial line 2 ayatholakala futhi kumatheminali asebhodini 21 no-22, okuvumela ukusebenza kokuxhumana nenzwa yombani. Ungakusebenzisi kokubili ukuxhumana kwe-serial ngesikhathi esisodwa, sebenzisa okunye amatheminali ebhodi kanye nesixhumi se-serial samaphini angu-9 (xhuma esokuqala bese unqamula okwesibili, noma okuphambene nalokho).
3 Ukuhlela nokuphatha uhlelo
I-MSB ifakwe imisebenzi eminingana engahlelwa kalula ngohlelo lokulingisa lwetheminali (isibample Windows HyperTerminal nanoma yiluphi olunye uhlelo lwezohwebo noma lwamahhala olungalandwa ku-inthanethi).
Ukuhlelwa kwemishini kwenziwa ngokuxhuma ulayini we-serial we-PC (nge-adaptha ye-USB/ RS-232 noma yomdabu) kumugqa wesiriyali 2 we-MSB (bona §0). Uhlelo lwetheminali kufanele luhlelwe kanje:
- Izinga le-Bit: okuzenzakalelayo 9600 bps;
- Ukulingana: akukho;
- Imodi yesikhumulo: ANSI;
- I-Echo: ikhubazekile;
- Ukulawula ukugeleza: akukho.
I-MSB inikeza ukufinyelela emisebenzini yayo ngokusebenzisa imenyu elula. Ukutholakala kwemenyu kuncike esimweni sokumisa senzwa yokukhanyisa (bona §0):
- Uma inzwa yombani ingavunyelwe, vele ucindezele u-Esc nganoma yisiphi isikhathi kuze kuvele imenyu yokumisa kutheminali.
- Uma inzwa yombani ivuliwe ku-MSB, sebenzisa eyodwa yalezi zindlela, uqinisekise ukuthi noma kunjalo inzwa inqanyuliwe kumatheminali e-MSB (bona §2.4):
- Uma kungafiswa ukuqalisa kabusha i-MSB, cindezela `#' izikhathi eziningi kuze kuvele imenyu.
- Uma i-MSB ingaqalwa kabusha, cindezela inkinobho yayo yokusetha kabusha (bona §2.2), noma khipha bese usebenzisa amandla futhi; lapho imenyu yokumisa ivela kutheminali, cindezela ngokushesha u-Esc.

Ungafinyelela kumafunsshini ahlukene ngokucindezela, kutheminali, ikhiphedi yezinombolo ehambisana nento oyifunayo. Umsebenzi olandelayo ungase ube imenyu entsha noma isicelo sokushintsha ipharamitha ekhethiwe; kulokhu kuboniswa inani lamanje lepharamitha futhi isistimu ilindele ukufakwa kwevelu entsha; cindezela u-Enter ukuze uqinisekise inani elisha elifakiwe, noma cindezela u-Esc ukuze ubuyele kumenyu yangaphambilini ngaphandle kokushintsha ipharamitha ekhethiwe; ukhiye we-Esc uphinde wenze ukuhambisa kumenyu yangaphambilini.
Qaphela: uma udinga ukuveza amanani edesimali sebenzisa ichashazi njengesihlukanisi sedesimali ukuze ufake izinombolo.
3.1 Ukusetshenziswa kwenzwa yombani
I-LSI LASTEM I-Modbus Sensor Box Incwadi Yomsebenzisi
I-MSB yabelana ngomugqa wokuxhumana we-RS-232 wokuxhumana kwe-PC nolayini osetshenziselwa ukuxhumana nenzwa yombani; ngenxa yalesi sizathu, kudingeka kuthathwe izinyathelo ezithile zokuqapha ukuze kumiswe i-MSB futhi kusetshenziswe inzwa yombani ngayo. Ngakho-ke ukusetshenziswa kwesistimu okufanele ukuxhuma idivayisi eyodwa ngesikhathi.
Uma ushintsha ukucushwa kwe-MSB, qinisekisa ukunqamula inzwa yombani, bese ufinyelela kumenyu yokusetha (bona §0). Landela le miyalo:
- Shintsha imingcele yokumisa njengoba kudingeka; ikakhulukazi ipharamitha SampInzwa yombani Izinga lokuvota, uma lihlukile kuziro licupha ulayini wamandla wenzwa (clamp 19, bheka §2.4).

Inzwa Yenza Kusebenze. - Phakathi nemizuzwana eyi-10 nqamula ulayini we-serial we-RS-232 ne-PC futhi uphinde umise ukuxhumana kukagesi nenzwa; emva kwalesi sikhathi i-MSB ihlinzekela ukuhlela kabusha futhi sampcindezela inzwa usebenzisa isilinganiso sesikhathi esichaziwe.

Ngemuva kokuqaliswa kabusha kwe-MSB, inani lokulinganisa elisuka kunzwa yombani kufanele libe selilungile ngemuva kwesikhathi esiphezulu samasekhondi ayi-10 kanye ne-s.ampisilinganiso se-ling esichazwe ngokuvota kwayo.
3.2 Izilungiselelo ezizenzakalelayo

Sampling
Ihlanganisa amapharamitha alungisa u-sampling kanye nokucutshungulwa kwamasignali atholiwe kokufakwayo, ikakhulukazi:
- VoltagIsiteshi sokufakwayo: amapharamitha okukhulunywe ngawo voltagokufakwayo:
- Uhlobo lwesiteshi: uhlobo lokokufaka (kusuka ku-radiometer o kusuka ku-voltage noma isignali ejwayelekile yamanje). Isexwayiso: ukushintsha le parameter kudinga ushintsho olufanayo endaweni ye-jumper JP1 njengoba kukhonjiswe umbhalo womlayezo kutheminali.
