Imojula ye-CPU ye-SlimLine Cortex M7 (LogicLab) ihlinzekwe nge-TB ekhiphekayo ukuze ixhume Amandla, i-I/Os kanye nebhasi le-Field, isixhumi se-IDC sokuxhuma amamojula okunweba, izixhumi ze-RJ45 zamachweba we-RS232 COM kanye nembobo ye-Ethernet, nesixhumi esisodwa se-microUSB-AB.

Imojula inganikwa amandla ngomthombo we-DC ngaphakathi kwebanga elingu-10-30Vdc. Ukuxhumeka kwamandla kumele kwenziwe ngokuya nge- Umdwebo 2.
Amandla aboniswa yi-LED eluhlaza “PWR”.

Ukuxhumana okuphansi (Fig. 2)

Idivayisi kufanele ixhunywe ngqo ku-Ground kusetshenziswa ibhulokhi yetheminali kusixhumi sokuphakela amandla (Umdwebo 2).
Ukuxhuma kufanele kwenziwe ngocingo olunesigaba okungenani esingu-2.5mm2, kubha ye-copper equipotential yesigaba esanele.

Imojuli yamukela okokufaka kwe-analogi yemodi evamile emibili noma, okunye, okukodwa kumodi yokuhlukanisa.

Imiphumela Yedijithali (Umdwebo 3)

Imojula ihlinzekwa 2 Optomosfet static imiphumela yedijithali, galvanically insulated kusukela ohlelweni. Okuphumayo kungasetshenziswa njenge-PNP noma i-NPN ukuze kube lula kuwe.

Uphawu ISEXWAYISO! Okufushane kokuphumayo kungalimaza unaphakade idivayisi. Ilungele ukubeka i-fuse esheshayo eyengeziwe engu-250mAFF ochungechungeni lokuphumayo okuvamile (okungukuthi i-Ferraz G084002P). 

Ibhasi lesandiso nebhasi yocingo olu-1 (Umfanekiso 9)

Ibhasi lokuxhumana elinamamojula okunweba lisebenzisa isixhumi esibonakalayo se-Fast I 2C™ futhi litholakala kusixhumi se-IDC10 (P7).
Amamojula okunweba kufanele axhunywe ngezintambo ezikhethekile ze-CBL045**00/CBL074*000.
I Umdwebo 10 yi example yokuxhumeka kwamamojula esandiso. Kungase kuxhunywe amamojula afinyelela kwangu-16 ku-CPU. (ngemuva kokuhlola inani eliphezulu lamanje elidingekayo)

Izimbobo zochungechunge lwe-RS232 (Umfanekiso 8)

Idivayisi ihlinzekwa ngezimbobo ezimbili ze-serial DTE (Isisetshenziswa Setheminali Yedatha). Ukuxhumana phakathi kwama-DTE, njengamaKhompiyutha Siqu, Izikhumulo Zokusebenza njll., kufanele kwenziwe ngentambo ye-Nullmodem enobude bekhebula eliphakeme elingu-15 mt, ngokwezicaciso ze-EIA.
Lezi zimbobo azivalwanga ngogesi ohlelweni, kuyanconywa ukuthi uqinisekise, ngaphambi kokuthi uxhume ndawonye amadivayisi ahlukene, umehluko wamandla aphansi.

Ibhasi lensimu (Fig. 8)

Imojuli ingase ihlinzekwe ngebhasi lensimu le-RS485 noma le-CAN (bona ukuhlonza umkhiqizo Umdwebo 7), kuzo zombili lezi zimo ibhasi ivalwe nge-galvanically kusuka ohlelweni. Ukuze uxhume ibhasi lensimu sicela ubheke Umfanekiso ohlangothini.
Nge-LK4 jumper ingase ixhunywe noma cha i-120 Ohm termination resistor.

Imbobo ye-Ethernet (Fig. 1)

Imojula ihlinzekwa nge-Ethernet 10/100-Base T(x) etholakala kusixhumi se-RJ45 P6; uxhumano, oluboniswa ku Umdwebo 1, ihambisana ne-Ethernet ejwayelekile IEEE 802.3 100-Base T.
Ukuze uxhume idivayisi kunethiwekhi ye-Ethernet ingasetshenziswa i-UTP Cat. 5 ikhebula i-RJ45, exhunywe kusiwishi, kuyilapho ukwenza iphuzu ukuze ukhombe uxhumano kwanele ukusebenzisa ikhebula lokuchibiyela i-RJ45 iyodwa. Idivayisi iyi-Auto-MDIX, ngakho-ke ayidingeki intambo enqamulayo ukuyixhuma ku-PC ngokuqondile.

Imojuli ingase ifakwe imbobo ye-microUSB-AB ekwazi ukusetshenziswa njengomsingathi noma imodi yedivayisi.

Ikhadi le-slot le-SD (Fig. 6)

Imojula ihlinzekwa nge-slot mini-SD Card. Ikhadi lingasetshenziselwa imisebenzi yokugcina kungobo yomlando noma imisebenzi yomlando wedatha ngesikhathi sokusebenza okuvamile. Ikhadi kufanele li-odwe ngokwehlukana.

Ukusayinda isimo (Fig. 6)

Idivayisi ihlinzekwa ngama-LED athile ukuze ibonise isimo sayo:
