First Degree Fitness support FAQ

Imibuzo evamile mayelana namamanyuwali, ukubhaliswa, nokusekelwa kwalolu mkhiqizo.

  • How do I maintain the water quality in my First Degree Fitness rower?

Use the supplied chlorine tablets to treat the water. If the water becomes cloudy, add one tablet. Wait at least 72 hours after chlorination before adding blue dye, as the chlorine helps clarify the water but can neutralize the dye if added too soon.

  • Can First Degree Fitness rowers be stored vertically?

Yes, many models like the Apollo and Viking series are designed to stand vertically for storage. Ensure the location is secure, level, and against a wall to prevent tipping.

  • How does the Adjustable Fluid Resistance work?

The patented Twin Tank system transfers water between a passive storage chamber and an active resistance chamber. Turning the dial changes the volume of water the impeller moves through, instantly adjusting the resistance level.

  • What do I do if my monitor readings are not updating?

Check the batteries first. If the display works but doesn't update during exercise, inspect the sensor alignment near the flywheel (gap should be 0.5-3mm) and ensure the sensor cable is securely connected.
