The VCHOO SL02 Smart Door Lock is designed for easy installation, typically taking 10-15 minutes with a screwdriver. No locksmith is needed.
4.1. Ukuhlola Ngaphambi Kokufaka
- Ensure your door thickness is between 1.31" - 2.16" (35mm - 55mm).
- Verify your door is compatible with US Left-Handle & Right-Handle Standard Doors.
- Check for proper latch hole and door compatibility (chiseled or not chiseled, single cylinder). Not compatible with mortise or integrated locks.

5. Initial Setup & App Control
The VCHOO SL02 Smart Door Lock integrates with the Smart Life app for convenient control and management.
5.1. App Pairing & Wi-Fi Connection
- Download the 'Smart Life' app from your smartphone's app store.

- In the app, click the '+' sign to add a new device and follow the on-screen instructions to pair your SL02 lock.

5.2. Setting Administrator Password
The administrator password is crucial for managing your lock's settings and users. Follow these steps to set or change it:
- Enter the initial password “123456#”. Press 1#, then enter “123456#” again.
- Press 1 to enter Administrator Settings.
- Press 1 to Add Administrator Password.
- Set your desired 6-digit administrator password (e.g., 147258#).
- Enter the confirmed administrator password again (e.g., 147258#).
