- Paper Cassette: Holds the photo paper for printing.

1. Xhuma Amandla
- Connect the power adapter cable to the Power Interface on the back of the printer.

- Press the Power Button to turn on the printer. The Power Indicator will illuminate.
2. Load Ink Cassette
- Open the Ribbon Cassette Compartment Cover.
- Insert the ink ribbon cassette into the designated slot until it clicks into place. Ensure it is oriented correctly.
- Close the Ribbon Cassette Compartment Cover.
3. Load Photo Paper
- Open the Paper Inlet Cover.
- Place the 4x6 inch photo paper into the Paper Cassette with the glossy side facing up. Ensure the paper stack is neatly aligned.
- Close the Paper Inlet Cover.

- Ensure the printer is powered on, connected to Wi-Fi, and has sufficient paper and ink ribbon.
- Open the Heyphoto app on your smartphone.
- Select the photo(s) you wish to print from your device's gallery.
- Adjust any desired settings within the app (e.g., quantity, filters).
- Tap the print button in the app. The printer will begin processing and printing your photo.

- Printer Not Connecting:
- Maintain a distance of up to 5 meters (16 feet) from the device to ensure a stable connection.
- Ensure the printer is powered on and Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile device (if using Bluetooth).
- Verify your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as the printer.
- Restart the printer and your mobile device.
- Upgrade the firmware version of the Heyphoto app.
- Paper Jam or Slow Connection:
- If a paper jam occurs, carefully open the paper inlet cover and gently remove any jammed paper. Do not force it.
- For slow connections, restart the printer and ensure no obstructions are interfering with the Wi-Fi signal.
