1. Ukushaja Ikhamera
Before first use, fully charge the camera. Connect the included USB cable to the camera's charging port and the other end to a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port. The charging indicator light will show the charging status and turn off when fully charged.

Locate the memory card slot on the side of the camera. Gently insert the provided 32GB memory card into the slot until it clicks into place. Ensure the card is inserted in the correct orientation. The camera requires a memory card to save photos and videos.

Open the paper compartment cover. Insert a roll of thermal printing paper, ensuring the paper feeds out from the top of the roll and is aligned with the printing slot. Close the cover firmly. The camera uses inkless thermal printing technology.

Replacing Thermal Paper
When the paper roll is depleted, open the paper compartment and replace it with a new roll of compatible thermal paper. Ensure proper alignment for continuous printing.

Store the camera in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Remove the memory card if storing for extended periods.

- Camera frozen: If the camera becomes unresponsive, try pressing the reset button (if available, usually a small pinhole) or hold the power button for an extended period to force a shutdown and restart.
- Ikhwalithi yokuphrinta ephansi: Adjust the print density settings in the camera menu (Low, Middle, High). Ensure the thermal paper is of good quality.
