Welcome to the MINGDA Magician Pro2 3D Printer user manual. This document provides essential information for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting your new 3D printer. The Magician Pro2 is designed for quick and easy assembly. The main components are pre-assembled, requiring minimal steps to get the printer ready for operation. Refer to the included quick start guide for detailed visual instructions on attaching the gantry, extruder assembly, and filament holder.

Connect the provided power supply cable to the printer's power input port, located at the rear. Ensure the power switch is in the OFF position before connecting to a power outlet. Once connected, switch the printer ON.
3. Intelligent Automatic Leveling
The Magician Pro2 features an intelligent automatic leveling system. Upon initial power-on or when prompted, the printer will automatically perform a bed leveling sequence. This system uses a highly sensitive sensor to ensure optimal bed adhesion for the first layer. Follow the on-screen prompts on the printer's display for this process. Manual adjustments are generally not required.

- Place the filament spool onto the filament holder.
- Feed the filament into the extruder's input hole.

- Once filament extrudes smoothly, the loading process is complete.

- Insert the SD card containing your prepared G-code file into the printer's SD card slot.
- On the printer's display, navigate to "Print" or "SD Card" and select your desired G-code file.
- Confirm your selection to begin the printing process. The printer will preheat the nozzle and print bed before starting.
3. Monitoring and Pausing Prints
During printing, the display will show progress, temperature, and other relevant information. You can pause or stop a print using the controls on the display if necessary.
4. Changing Filament During a Print
To change filament mid-print, pause the print, then select the "Unload Filament" option. Once the old filament is removed, load the new filament as described in step 1, and then resume the print.

1. Cleaning the PEI Plate
After each print, allow the PEI plate to cool down. Gently remove the printed object. For best adhesion, clean the PEI plate regularly with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) and a clean cloth to remove any residue or oils.
2. Nozzle Maintenance
Periodically inspect the nozzle for clogs or wear. If a clog occurs, use the provided needle or a cold pull method to clear it. Replace the nozzle if it shows signs of significant wear or damage to maintain print quality.

Keep the printer free of dust and filament debris. Use a soft brush or compressed air to clean the gantry, lead screws, and other moving parts. Ensure the cable management remains neat, as the Magician Pro2 features a sleek design with minimal exposed cables.

The Magician Pro2's self-developed main board has a modular design, allowing for future upgrades. The printer also supports upgrades to an all-metal hot end, providing more flexibility for various filament types.
