1. Ingxenye Overview

  2. Insert the provided AAA rechargeable batteries, observing the correct polarity (+ and -).

  1. Connect one end of the telephone line cord to the LINE jack on the main base unit.

4. Connecting Additional Charging Bases

  1. Plug the remaining power adapters into the DC 6V jacks on the additional charging bases.
  2. Plug these power adapters into standard electrical outlets.
  3. Place the remaining handsets on their respective charging bases to charge.

5. Inkokhelo Yokuqala

Allow all handsets to charge for at least 12-15 hours before initial use to ensure optimal battery performance.

1. Imisebenzi Eyisisekelo Yokushaya

  • Ukushaya ucingo: Enter the phone number using the number keys, then press the Talk/Dial inkinobho.
  • Ukuphendula Ucingo: Uma ifoni ikhala, cindezela inkinobho Talk/Dial inkinobho.
  • Ivala Ucingo: Cindezela inkinobho Ukuphela/Amandla inkinobho.

2. Answering Machine (Main Base Unit)

The main base unit features an integrated answering machine with up to 240 minutes of recording capacity.

  • Idlala Imilayezo: Cindezela inkinobho Dlala inkinobho kuyunithi yesisekelo.
  • Izimemezelo eziqoshiwe: You can record two group announcements. The maximum memo recording is 120 seconds. Refer to the detailed manual section for specific steps to record your outgoing message.
  • Isusa Imilayezo: Cindezela inkinobho DEL button on the base unit to delete recordings.

3. Ifonibhuku

The phonebook can store up to 50 entries, each with a maximum of 12 characters for the name and 20 digits for the number.

  • Ukwengeza okufakiwe: Navigate to the phonebook menu, select 'Add New', enter the name and number, then save.
  • Viewing Entries: Cindezela inkinobho Phonebook/Back button to access the phonebook. Use the navigation keys to scroll.

4. I-ID Yomshayeli

The phone supports Caller ID, displaying the number of incoming calls. It stores 30 incoming numbers and 10 outgoing numbers.

  • Viewfaka irekhodi lamakholi: Access the call log through the menu to view incoming and outgoing calls.

5. Multi-Handset Connection & Conference Calls

The system supports connecting up to 5 handsets to one base unit. Each handset can also be registered to up to 4 base units.

The handset interface offers 16 language options:

  • Portuguese, Spanish, English, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Hungarian, Greek, Polish, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, and Ukrainian.

To change the language, navigate to the settings menu on the handset and select 'Language'.

7. Ringtones and Flash Time

  • Amaringithoni: Choose from 10 selectable ringtones. Volume is adjustable. Different melodies can be assigned for various call types.
  • Flash Time: The flash time (100/300/600/1000 ms) can be adjusted to suit different telephone lines or automatic intermediaries.
