Follow these steps to set up and operate your Sennheiser XSW IEM SET:
1. Initial Connection and Power
Connect the XSW IEM SR Stereo Transmitter to its power supply and audio sources. Ensure the XSW IEM EK Stereo Bodypack Receiver has fresh AA batteries installed. Power on both the transmitter and receiver.

2. Finding a Free Frequency
Before checking for frequencies, ensure all other transmitters in your setup are powered off to avoid interference. Important: Always remove your in-ear headphones before scanning for frequencies to prevent potential hearing damage from unexpected audio spikes.
Use the RF (Radio Frequency) and AF (Audio Frequency) indicator bars on your receiver to identify clear channels. If you see even one faint bar on either indicator, that channel is likely occupied. Navigate through different banks and channels on your receiver until you find a channel where both RF and AF bars show no signal. This indicates a free channel.

3. Syncing the Receiver with the Transmitter
Once a free channel is identified on your receiver, set the same bank and channel on your XSW IEM SR transmitter. Use the 'Sync' function on the transmitter to wirelessly transfer the frequency settings to your receiver. This ensures both units are operating on the same clear frequency.
