Ulwazi Lokuphepha
Ngaso sonke isikhathi qaphela izinyathelo zokuphepha ezilandelayo:
- Do not touch the nozzle or heated bed during operation as they reach high temperatures.
- Qinisekisa ukuthi iphrinta ibekwe endaweni ezinzile, eqondile endaweni enomoya omuhle.
- Keep the printer away from flammable materials and direct sunlight.
- Do not attempt to modify the printer or use non-original parts, as this may void the warranty and pose safety risks.
- Nqamula ugesi njalo ngaphambi kokwenza noma yikuphi ukulungisa noma ukuhlanza.
- Gcina endaweni lapho izingane nezilwane ezifuywayo zingafinyeleleki khona.
Okuqukethwe Kwephakheji
Qinisekisa ukuthi zonke izingxenye zikhona kuphakheji:
- Uhlaka Lwesisekelo
- Gantry Frame (X-axis, Z-axis assembly)
- Umnikazi weFilament
- Ikhebula Lamandla
- Ikhebula le-USB
- Tool Kit (wrenches, screwdrivers, pliers, etc.)
- SD Card with sample models and instructions
- Sample Filament
- Incwadi Yomsebenzisi (le dokhumenti)
Setha
1. Umhlangano

Isebenza
1. Ukulayishwa kwefilamenti
The Kywoo Tycoon Slim features a direct drive extruder, compatible with a wide range of filaments including TPU, PLA, PETG, ASA, Wooden, and ABS.
- Place the filament spool onto the filament holder.
- Preheat the hotend to the recommended temperature for your filament type.
- Insert the filament into the extruder's intake hole.
- Gently push the filament until it is gripped by the extruder gears and begins to feed through the hotend. Continue feeding until molten filament extrudes from the nozzle.

2. Ukuqala Ukuphrinta
To begin a print, you will need a 3D model file (.gcode) prepared using slicing software (e.g., Ultimaker Cura).
- Save your .gcode file ekhadini le-SD elinikeziwe.
- Insert the SD card into the printer's SD card slot.
- On the touch screen, navigate to "Print" or "Files" and select your desired .gcode file.

Isondlo
Ukugcinwa njalo kuqinisekisa ukusebenza kahle kanye nobude besikhathi sephrinta yakho ye-3D.
- Hlanza Umbhede Wokuphrinta: After each print, allow the bed to cool and remove any residual filament. Clean the surface with isopropyl alcohol to maintain adhesion.
- Hlanza i-Nozzle: Periodically clean the nozzle to prevent clogs. Use a brass brush or needle to remove any plastic residue.
- Gcoba Izingxenye Ezinyakazayo: Apply a small amount of lithium grease or similar lubricant to the linear rails and Z-axis lead screws every few months.
- Amabhande Okuhlola: Ensure the X and Y axis belts are properly tensioned. The Kywoo Tycoon Slim features an adjustable belt tensioner for convenience.
- Hlola Amakhebuli: Regularly check all cables for wear or damage.

Ukuxazulula inkinga
Lesi sigaba sikhuluma ngezinkinga ezivamile ongahlangabezana nazo.
| Inkinga | Imbangela Engenzeka | Isixazululo |
|---|---|---|
| Intambo ayikhiphi | Umlomo ovalekile, izinga lokushisa elingalungile, intambo ephithene. | Clean the nozzle, verify hotend temperature, untangle filament. |
| Ukunamathela kabi kombhede | Bed not level, dirty print surface, incorrect bed temperature. | Perform auto-leveling, clean print bed, adjust bed temperature. |
| Ukushintsha ungqimba | Loose belts, motor issues, print speed too high. | Check and tension belts, reduce print speed. |
| Iphrinta ayiphenduli | Power issue, firmware error. | Check power connection, restart printer, consider firmware re-flash. |
Smart Filament Sensor
The Kywoo Tycoon Slim is equipped with a smart filament sensor. In case of filament runout or breakage, the sensor will automatically pause the print, allowing you to load new filament and resume printing without losing progress.
