This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your Elmo TT-12F Document Camera. The TT-12F is a high-performance visual presenter designed for educational, business, and professional environments, offering advanced features such as 4K Ultra HD resolution, 288x digital zoom, and versatile connectivity options including Super Speed USB 3.0, HDMI, and RGB/VGA output.

4. Setha
4.1 Ukuhlela Okungokoqobo
Carefully remove the TT-12F from its packaging. Place the unit on a stable, flat surface. Adjust the camera arm to the desired position for optimal viewing.

4.2 Izintambo zokuxhuma
Connect the necessary cables to the rear panel of the document camera. The TT-12F supports various output options for display and computer connectivity.

- Amandla: Connect the AC power adapter to the "DC IN 12V" port and then to a power outlet.
- Display Output (HDMI/RGB): Connect an HDMI cable from the "HDMI OUT" port to your display (projector, monitor, TV) or an RGB/VGA cable from the "RGB OUT" port.
- Computer Connection (USB): For computer control and image capture, connect a USB 3.0 cable from the "USB" port to your computer.
4.3 Ukuvula Amandla Okuqala
Once all connections are secure, press the power button located on the base unit to turn on the document camera. The power indicator light will illuminate.

5.1 Izilawuli Eziyisisekelo
The Elmo TT-12F features intuitive controls on its base unit and a remote control for convenient operation.

- Inkinobho Yemenyu: Access the on-screen display (OSD) menu for advanced settings.

5.2 Izici Ezithuthukile

- HDMI and RGB/VGA Output: Seamlessly connect to a wide range of display devices. The HDMI input/output allows for pass-through functionality, while RGB/VGA provides legacy compatibility.
- Ukuqoshwa Kwekhadi le-SD: The unit supports recording directly to an SD card (Media Type: SD Card), allowing for standalone capture of presentations without a computer.
6. Isondlo
- Ukuhlanza: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the exterior of the unit. For the lens, use a specialized lens cleaning cloth and solution. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Isitoreji: When not in use, store the document camera in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- Ukuvuselelwa kwe-Firmware: Periodically check the Elmo official website for any available firmware updates to ensure optimal performance and access to new features.
