1. Ukugoqa Kokuqala

Your Orient RA-AA0C watch is powered by an automatic movement, which means it winds itself through the motion of your wrist. However, for initial setup or if the watch has stopped, manual winding is recommended.

1. Khumula Umqhele: If your watch has a screw-down crown, gently turn it counter-clockwise until it releases.
2. Wind the Watch: With the crown in its normal, pushed-in position (or unscrewed if it's a screw-down crown), turn the crown clockwise approximately 30-40 times. This will build up a sufficient power reserve.
3. Vikela Umqhele: If it's a screw-down crown, push it in and turn clockwise to screw it back down securely. This ensures water resistance.

3. Setha Usuku Nosuku: Pull the crown out to the first click position. Turn the crown clockwise to set the date and counter-clockwise to set the day.
4. Phusha Emqheleni: Once the time, date, and day are set, push the crown back into its normal, pushed-in position. If it's a screw-down crown, screw it back down securely.
