The Verilux HappyLight Luxe is a light therapy lamp designed to deliver up to 10,000 Lux of UV-Free, LED, full-spectrum light. 4. Setha

2. Attach Stand: Insert the detachable stand into the slot on the back of the HappyLight Luxe until it clicks securely into place. The stand allows for upright positioning.
3. I-Wall Mount (Uma uthanda): The detachable stand can also be used as a wall mount. Secure the stand to a wall using appropriate hardware (not included), then slide the HappyLight Luxe onto the mounted stand.
4. Xhuma Amandla: Plug the power adapter into the DC input port on the back of the lamp, then plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

The HappyLight Luxe features intuitive touch controls located at the bottom of the device.

5.1 Vula/Vala amandla

• Press the power button (usually the leftmost button) on the top edge of the device to turn the lamp vula noma vala.

• The HappyLight Luxe offers 4 brightness levels.
• Press the brightness control button (often indicated by a sun or light icon) to cycle through the available brightness settings.

5.3 Changing Color Temperature

• Choose from 3 HappyHue color temperature options (e.g., warm white, natural white, cool white).
• Press the color temperature button (often indicated by a rainbow or color spectrum icon) to switch between the different hues.

• The convenient countdown timer is programmable up to 1 hour, in 5-minute increments.
• Press the timer button (often indicated by a clock icon) repeatedly to set your desired session duration. The light will automatically turn off after the set time.

5.5 Recommended Usage

• Beka u-lamp approximately 6-24 inches from your face.
• Angle the light so it shines towards your eyes, but not directly into them.
• Start with shorter sessions (e.g., 15-20 minutes) and gradually increase duration as needed, up to 60 minutes.
• Use daily, preferably in the morning, to help regulate your circadian rhythm.

6. Isondlo

• Ukuhlanza: Ensure the device is unplugged before cleaning. Wipe the surface with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
