5. Setha

5.1 Ukukhweza

The MC101-611 is designed for panel mounting. Cut an appropriate opening in your control panel and insert the meter. Secure it from the rear using the provided mounting bracket. Ensure a snug fit to prevent vibration.

Refer to the wiring diagram on the side of the unit and Figure 5.1 for correct connections. Ensure all connections are secure and insulated. Incorrect wiring can damage the device or pose a safety hazard.

• Terminals 8, 9, 10: Sensor Input (RTD/TC) - Connect your temperature sensor here. Refer to the sensor's manual for correct polarity/connection type.
• Amatheminali 11 no-12: SSR Output - For connecting to a Solid State Relay.

6. Iziqondiso Zokusebenza

6.1 Khombisa ngaphezuluview

The meter features a dual display:

• I-PV (Inani Lenqubo): The upper red display shows the current measured temperature/humidity.
• I-SV (Inani Elibekiwe): The lower green display shows the desired set point.
• OUT Inkomba: Illuminates when the main output is active.
• AT Inkomba: Illuminates when the auto-tuning function is active.
• AL1/AL2 Indicators: Illuminate when Alarm 1 or Alarm 2 conditions are met.

6.3 Setting the Temperature/Humidity Set Point (SV)

6.4 Advanced Parameter Settings

To access advanced parameters (e.g., input type, control mode, alarm settings, PID parameters), press and hold the SET button for approximately 3-5 seconds until the first parameter code appears on the PV display. Use the ▲ (Phezulu) kanye ne- ▼ (Down) buttons to navigate through parameters and the SET button to enter and confirm values.
