- Close the lid. The Ready light may turn off temporarily as the appliance maintains temperature.
- Cook for approximately 2-4 minutes, or until pancakes are golden brown and cooked through. Cooking time may vary based on batter consistency and desired browning.
- Carefully open the lid. Using the included pancake flipper or a heat-resistant non-metallic utensil, gently remove the cooked mini pancakes.

- Close the lid to allow the appliance to reheat for the next batch. The Ready light will illuminate again when ready.
- Unplug the appliance from the outlet when finished cooking.

- Ensure batter is of a consistent, pourable thickness.
- Do not use metal utensils on the nonstick plates to avoid scratching.
- Adjust cooking time for lighter or darker pancakes.
