- Place an empty bobbin on the bobbin winding spindle.
- Guide the thread from the spool through the bobbin winding tension disc.

3.3 Attaching Presser Feet
To change the presser foot, raise the needle to its highest position and lift the presser foot lifter. Press the release button at the back of the presser foot holder to detach the current foot. Align the new presser foot with the pin on the holder and lower the presser foot lifter until it snaps into place.
