Follow these steps to operate your Novus B 2200 Heavy Duty Hole Punch:
- Lungiselela Iphepha: Gather the sheets of paper you wish to punch. The Novus B 2200 can perforate up to 200 sheets of 80gsm standard paper simultaneously.
- Faka Iphepha: Carefully insert the paper stack into the punching slot, ensuring it is flush against the adjustable paper guides.
- Align Paper: Use the movable positioning guides to align the paper for 2-hole (80mm standard) or 4-hole (80x80x80mm) punching. The A4/A5 locking mechanism assists in precise alignment for these standard sizes.
- I-Punch: Firmly press down the lever handle. The unique leverage mechanism is designed to make punching up to 200 sheets effortless.
- Susa Iphepha: Once punched, release the lever and carefully remove the perforated paper.

Replacing Wear Parts (Discs and Cutting Dies)
The Novus B 2200 is designed for easy replacement of wear parts without the need for tools.
- Ukufinyelela: I-casing is easily removable. Gently open or remove the casing to access the punching mechanism.
- Susa Izingxenye Ezindala: Carefully remove the worn-out discs and cutting dies.
- Faka Izingxenye Ezintsha: Insert the new replacement discs and cutting dies (two of each are included in delivery). Ensure they are seated correctly.
- Vala Casing: Reattach the casing ngokuphephile.
Replacement wear parts are readily available for purchase.
