3. Setha
3.1 Ukuqaqa

- Remove any protective films or packaging materials from the appliance and accessories.

4.1 Ukusebenza Okujwayelekile
- Place the desired bowl onto the main unit. The intelligent induction system will recognize the bowl type.
- Attach the appropriate blade or whisking attachment for your task.
- Add your ingredients to the bowl.
- Vala isivalo ngokuphepha.
- Use the knob control on the front panel to select the desired function and time.
- Cindezela inkinobho ethi 'Qala/Misa kancane' ukuze uqale ukusebenza.
- To stop, press the 'Start/Pause' button again. To cancel a program, long-press the 'Start/Pause' button.

4.2 Dough Kneading and Fermentation
Use the 3.5L ceramic dough bucket and the kneading blade for this function.
- Place the ceramic dough bucket on the main unit. Insert the kneading blade.
- Add flour and water according to your recipe. The mixer can handle up to 1.25KG of dough.
- Vala isivalo.
- Select the 'Kneading' function (Chinese/Western style pastry) using the knob.
- Adjust the kneading time (1-30 minutes adjustable).
- Press 'Start'. The mixer simulates manual kneading for smooth dough in about 10 minutes.
- After kneading, you can select the 'Awakening/Yeast' function for fermentation.
- Adjust fermentation time (1-60 minutes adjustable). The mixer maintains a constant temperature of 32°C-38°C for optimal fermentation.

4.3 Meat Grinding / Vegetable Chopping / Stirring
Use one of the 2.0L stainless steel bowls and the 4-leaf meat grinding blade.
- Place a stainless steel bowl on the main unit. Insert the 4-leaf meat grinding blade.
- Add meat or vegetables to be processed.
- Close the lid. The transparent cover allows you to observe the process.
- Select the 'Minced meat/ground vegetables' function.
- Adjust the time (1-60 seconds adjustable).
- Cindezela okuthi 'Qala'.

4.4 Whisking Egg Whites / Cream
Use one of the 2.0L stainless steel bowls and the wire whip/whisking attachment.
- Place a stainless steel bowl on the main unit. Insert the wire whip attachment.
- Add egg whites or cream.
- Vala isivalo.
- Select the 'Whisk cream/egg white' function.
- Adjust the time (1-3 minutes adjustable).
- Cindezela okuthi 'Qala'.

5.1 Ukuhlanza Okujwayelekile

5.2 Ceramic Dough Bucket Care
The ceramic dough bucket is handmade and fired at high temperatures. Small black spots or bubble holes on the surface are normal and do not affect use.

5.3 Isitoreji
The stainless steel bowls can be stored inside the ceramic dough bucket to save kitchen space. Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing.
6. Ukuxazulula izinkinga
- Into esetshenziswayo ayivuli: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working outlet. Check if the bowl and lid are correctly placed and aligned, as the intelligent induction system requires proper placement to operate.
