1. Isingeniso
The ANYCUBIC Water Wash ABS-Like Resin 3.0 is an advanced photopolymer resin designed for LCD 3D printers. It offers a balanced combination of toughness, resilience, high precision, and a low shrinkage rate, making it suitable for a wide range of 3D printing applications. This resin is water-washable, simplifying the post-processing cleanup and reducing the need for harsh chemicals. It also features minimal odor for a more pleasant printing experience.

2. Isethaphu kanye Nokulungiselela
Proper preparation is crucial for successful 3D printing with resin. Follow these steps before starting your print:
- Shake Kahle: Before each use, thoroughly shake the resin bottle for at least 30 seconds to ensure all components are evenly mixed.
- Izinga lokushisa: Ensure your printing environment is within the recommended temperature range of 20-50°C (64-95°F).
- Izinto Zokuzivikela Zomuntu Siqu (PPE): Always wear gloves and a mask to avoid direct skin contact and inhalation of resin fumes. Work in a well-ventilated area.
- Ukuhambelana Kwephrinta: This resin is compatible with all LCD/DLP printers that use 405nm UV light curing technology. It is optimized for Anycubic LCD printers.
- Pouring Resin: Carefully pour the desired amount of resin into your printer's resin vat. Do not overfill.

3. Iziqondiso Zokusebenza
Once your printer is set up and resin is loaded, you can begin the printing process.

*We recommend setting the first layer exposure duration to 35-40s when printing with HD gray resin.
3.2 Post-Processing
- Remove Print: Carefully remove the printed model from the build plate.
- Support Removal: Remove any necessary support structures. The resin is designed for easy support removal, even for delicate parts.
- Water Washing: Thanks to hydrophilic agents, the resin is water-washable. Rinse the printed model thoroughly with water to remove residual liquid resin.
- Ukwelapha: After washing, cure the model under UV light according to your printer's recommendations to achieve optimal hardness and strength.

Environmental Note: Avoid direct wastewater disposal into the sewer system to protect groundwater from contamination.
4. Ukugcinwa kanye nokugcinwa
Proper maintenance and storage will prolong the life of your resin and ensure consistent print quality.
- Isitoreji: Store the resin in a sealed container in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight and dust.
- Impilo Yeshelufu: The resin has a shelf life of 1 year.
- Unused Resin: Filter any unused resin from the vat back into its original bottle for future use.
- Ukuhlanza: Clean your resin vat and build plate thoroughly after each print session.
5. Ukuxazulula izinkinga
Nazi ezinye zezinkinga ezivamile nezisombululo zazo ezingaba khona:
- Print Failure: Ensure correct exposure settings for your printer model (refer to the table in Section 3.1). Check for proper bed leveling and sufficient support structures.
- Greasy or White Stains on Prints: This resin has a lower water absorption rate to mitigate such issues. Ensure thorough washing with clean water and proper curing.
- Ukuqhekeka: The water-washable formula is designed to make cured prints less prone to cracking. Ensure prints are fully cured and not exposed to excessive stress immediately after printing.
- Poor Detail/Accuracy: Verify your printer's calibration and ensure the resin is well-mixed before use.

7. Amathiphu Womsebenzisi
- Painting Prints: After your models are fully cured, they can be painted using standard model paints to add further customization and detail.
- Resin Mixing: Always ensure the resin is thoroughly mixed before pouring into the vat, especially if it has been sitting for a while, to prevent pigment separation and ensure consistent print quality.
- Ukungenisa umoya: Maintain good ventilation in your printing area to minimize exposure to resin fumes, even with low-odor resins.
