Ukusetshenziswa
Ibhodi le-A5 PLC ibhodi elincane le-microcontroller elinama-peripherals asekelwe endaweni evulekile yomthombo we-Arduino. Ngaleli bhodi le-A5 PLC ungakwazi ukuxazulula imisebenzi eminingi ezenzakalelayo nokulawula. Ukuze wenze lokhu kufanele ukuhlele nge-ide nolimi olujwayele (Arduino IDE, Visuino, OpenPLC ect…).

Noma yikuphi ukusetshenziswa ngaphandle kokuchazwa kuleli bhukwana akuvunyelwe. Ngaphandle kokulimala okungenzeka ocingweni kungenzeka, ngezingozi ezifana ne-short circuit noma i-electric shock.
Ibhodi le-A5 PLC akufanele liguqulwe noma lilungiswe. Iziqondiso zokuphepha kanye nezimo eziphezulu ezivumelekile zokusebenza nezimo ezinikezwe esahlukweni esithi “idatha yobuchwepheshe” kufanele kuqashelwe.

Isixhumi se-USB
I-A5 PLC ingaxhunywa kukhompuyutha (ikhebula le-USB lokuxhuma i-AC linikezwe) ngembobo ye-USB enamathiselwe kwesokudla sebhodi.
Umsebenzi oyinhloko wembobo ye-USB ukuhlela i-A5 PLC. Ngaphakathi kwe-Arduino Nano kune-USB to UART converter ekhiqiza i-COM-Port ebonakalayo ku-PC. Ungasebenzisa futhi leli chweba ukuthumela idatha kutheminali noma olunye uhlelo noma ukulungisa iphutha lohlelo lwakho.
Okokufaka
Ibhodi ye-A5 PLC inezinhlobonhlobo zokufakwayo kwedijithali ne-analog ezifanele ukuqoqa idatha noma izifunda ezihlukahlukene. Okokufaka kwamasignali e-analog kanye nedijithali kukumatheminali ngezikulufu ezihlukene futhi kungalungiswa futhi kubuzwe ngendlela ehlukile kuye ngohlelo lokusebenza.

Okokufaka ngakunye kwedijithali okubhalwe ukuthi “D1” kuya kokuthi “D6” kungasetshenziswa njengokufakwayo kwedijithali ukukala isimo sokushintshwa.
Uma i-logic ethi “1” (12 noma 24V) isetshenziswa kubhulokhi yetheminali ethi “Dx” i-LED ehambisanayo ethi “Ix” izokhanyiswa futhi ileveli yokunengqondo ethi “0” izokalwa. Ku-logic ethi “0” (0V) kubhulokhi yetheminali ethi “Dx” i-LED ehambisanayo ethi “Ix” izocisha futhi ileveli yokucabanga “1” izokalwa. Lolu lwazi olubonakalayo lungasetshenziswa ukuze uthole ukudlula ngokusheshaview mayelana nesimo sokufakiwe.

Okokufaka kwe-Analog
Okokufaka kwe-analogi okunamalebula athi “A1” kuye kokuthi “A4” kusetshenziselwa ukukala umthamo we-analogtage, isibample isignali yokuphumayo yenzwa encike kumasayizi athile omzimba.
Idatha sampling isebenza ne-converter yangaphakathi ye-A/D ye-microcontroller futhi ine-resolution ye-10 bit futhi iletha amanani ukusuka ku-0 kuye ku-1023.
Ibhodi ye-A5 PLC i-ADC, ingakala amasignali e-analog phakathi kuka-0V no-10V.
10V / 1023 = 0.0097
idijithi engu-1 = 9.7mV.

Imiphumela ye-Analog
Kunemiphumela emi-2 ye-analog ebhodini.
Le miphumela iyakwazi ukukhiqiza amasiginali we-PWM (Pulse Width Modulation). Ngakho-ke kungenzeka ukufiphaza alamp noma ukulawula isivinini semoto ye-DC.
Umkhiqizo voltage ingasethwa phakathi kuka-0V no-10V

Lezi zinto eziphumayo zingaletha i-10V kuphela ngogesi ongu-24V. Uma unika amandla i-A5 PLC nge-12V le miphumela ingaletha ngaphansi kuka-10V.
Idlulisela Okukhiphayo
Ibhodi le-A5 PLC liqukethe imiphumela emi-5 yokudluliselwa. Konke lokhu kudluliselwa kukhona CHA (Ngokujwayelekile Vula) oxhumana nabo.
I-relay ngayinye ingashintsha i-5A @ 250VAC. Isimo ngasinye sokudlulisa sikhonjiswa yi-LED ehlotshaniswa nokuthi, “R1” kuya ku-“R5”.

I-I²C Port
Imbobo ye-I2C isetshenziselwa ukuxhuma isibonisi se-I2C noma amanye ama-peripherals e-I2C. Khumbula ukuthi okukhipha amandla (+5V) kulesi sikhungo kukhawulelwe ku-50mA kuphela, futhi lokhu okukhiphayo kuvikelwa yi-PTC.
I-6.8Kohms pullups resistors nayo ifakwe ebhodini.

+24 kanye +5V Okukhiphayo
Lawa mandla aphumayo angu-2 angasetshenziselwa ukunika amandla ezinye izinzwa zangaphandle, futhi athathwe kutheminali yamandla eyinhloko (+24V) engaphezulu kwesokunxele sebhodi.
Okwamanje kule miphumela emi-2 akufanele yeqe u-100mA ekukhishweni ngakunye.
Yomibili imiphumela yamanje inomkhawulo nge-100mA PTC. I-polarity kufanele ihlonishwe.

Ukuhlelwa Kwesoftware
Ngaphambi kokuqala ukuhlela i-A5 PLC yakho, kufanele wenze ukulungisa okulula endaweni yakho ye-Arduino.
Landela lezi zinyathelo ezingezansi ukuze usethe i-Arduino IDE yakho ngendlela efanele.
- Vula i-Arduino IDE yakho bese uya ku Files -> Okuthandwayo kuvela iwindi Lezintandokazi.
