If the battery is not performing correctly due to extreme cold (below -4°F/-20°C), place the battery on the powerhead and free-spin the auger in the air for 30 to 90 seconds to warm it up. Always store batteries in a warm location when not in use.

Slide the battery onto the provided charging base until it clicks. The charger LED will turn solid green when the battery is fully charged. Note that the battery will not charge if its core temperature is below 32°F/2°C; allow it to warm up first.
