The Spigen MFT13 offers two installation methods: Air Vent and Dashboard. Choose the method that best suits your vehicle and preference.

1. Air Vent Mount Installation

  1. Assemble the Air Vent Clip: Attach the air vent clip to the magnetic head by screwing it on until secure.
  2. Identify Suitable Vent: Ensure your car's air vent blades are compatible with the clip. Avoid circular or unusually shaped vents that may not provide a stable grip.
  3. Namathisela ku-Air Vent: Gently push the air vent clip onto one of your car's horizontal or vertical air vent blades. Rotate the knob on the clip to tighten it securely onto the vent blade.

2. Dashboard Mount Installation

  1. Assemble the Dashboard Base: Attach the dashboard base to the magnetic head by screwing it on until secure.
  2. Hlanza Indawo: Choose a flat, clean area on your dashboard. Use the included wet and dry wipes to thoroughly clean the surface and allow it to dry completely.
  3. Apply Mount: Peel off the protective film from the adhesive on the dashboard base. Press the mount firmly onto the cleaned dashboard surface for at least 30 seconds.
  4. Allow Adhesion: For best results, allow the adhesive to cure for 24 hours before attaching your device.

3. Using the Metal Ring (for Non-MagSafe Devices)

If your smartphone or case does not have MagSafe compatibility, use the included metal ring for magnetic attachment.

  1. Clean Device/Case: Wipe the back of your device or phone case with the provided cleaning wipes and let it dry.
  2. Ukuma: Use the magnetic positioning card to find the optimal center placement for the metal ring on your device or case.
  3. Apply Metal Ring: Peel off the adhesive backing from the metal ring and carefully place it onto the marked position. Press gently to ensure good adhesion.

  2. Detaching Your Device: Gently pull your device away from the magnetic surface. For a stronger hold, it may require a firm pull.
