5.2 Movement and Steering

• Phambili/Emuva: Lean slightly forward to move forward, and lean slightly backward to move backward.
• Ukuphenduka: To turn left, press your right foot forward. To turn right, press your left foot forward.
• Ukumisa: Return to an upright, neutral position to stop.
