1. Isingeniso
The Einhell AQUINNA 18/28 Power X-Change garden pump is a cordless, battery-powered device designed for pumping water in various garden applications. It is part of the Einhell Power X-Change system, allowing for flexible use of compatible batteries and chargers (sold separately). This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, setup, and maintenance of your garden pump.
Please read these instructions carefully before using the pump for the first time and keep them for future reference.

2. Iziyalezo Zokuphepha
Always observe the following safety precautions to prevent injury and damage to the pump.

Familiarize yourself with the main components of your Einhell AQUINNA 18/28 garden pump:
- I-Carry Handle: Okokuthutha okulula.
- Igumbi Lebhethri: For inserting the Power X-Change battery.
- Vula/Vala/Ukushintsha Imodi: To control pump operation and select power modes.
- Water Filling Screw: For filling the pump housing with water before operation.
- Suction Connection (Inlet): Threaded connection for the suction hose.
- Pressure Connection (Outlet): Threaded connection for the discharge hose.
- Water Drain Screw: For emptying the pump, especially for frost protection.
- Izimbobo Okufakwayo: For securing the pump in a fixed location.

4. Setha
4.1 Ukufakwa kwebhethri

- Insert a charged Einhell Power X-Change 18V battery into the compartment until it clicks into place.
- Vala ikhava yengxenye yebhethri ngokuphephile.

4.2 Amapayipi axhumayo
- Ipayipi lokudonsa: Connect a suitable suction hose (minimum 1 inch diameter recommended) to the suction connection (inlet) of the pump. Ensure all connections are airtight to prevent air intake, which can reduce pump performance. The maximum suction depth is 6 meters.
- I-Hose yokukhipha: Connect a discharge hose to the pressure connection (outlet) of the pump. Secure all connections with appropriate clamps uma kunesidingo.
4.3 Ukufaka ipompo
Before initial operation, the pump housing must be filled with water to ensure proper function and prevent damage.
- Remove the battery from the pump.
- Unscrew the water filling screw located on the top of the pump.
- Carefully fill the pump housing with clean water until it overflows.
- Replace and tighten the water filling screw securely.

5. Iziqondiso Zokusebenza
5.1 Ukuqala Iphampu
- Ensure the pump is primed and all hoses are securely connected.
- Faka ibhethri elishajiwe.
- Move the On/Off/Mode switch to the desired operating mode.

5.2 Amandla Amamodi
- Imodi ye-ECO: Provides maximum battery life with reduced pump pressure. Ideal for lighter watering tasks or when extended run time is required.
- Imodi ye-BOOST: Delivers maximum pump power and pressure (up to 2.5 bar, 25m head). Suitable for demanding applications or when higher flow rates are needed.
5.3 Ukumisa Iphampu
To stop the pump, move the On/Off/Mode switch to the "OFF" position. For extended breaks or when finished, remove the battery.

6. Isondlo

- After each use, clean the exterior of the pump with a damp indwangu.
- Periodically check the suction filter (if installed) for debris and clean as necessary.

To prevent damage from freezing temperatures, completely drain the pump before storing it for winter or in cold conditions.

- Replace and tighten the water drain screw.

6.3 Isitoreji
Store the pump in a dry, frost-free location, out of reach of children. Ensure the battery is removed before storage.
