2. Ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network for initial pairing. Some routers may require separating 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks temporarily.
3. Follow the in-app instructions to add your device. If pairing issues occur, try turning the fan off and on via the wall switch, then press the 1h and 4h buttons on the remote simultaneously until you hear a beep.
