1. Installing the MicroSD Card
- Ensure the dashcam is powered off.
- Locate the microSD card slot on the side of the device.
- Insert a compatible microSD card (Class 10 or higher, 8-128GB) into the slot until it clicks into place.

- Plug the other end of the power cable into your vehicle's 12V power outlet (cigarette lighter socket).
- The dashcam will typically power on automatically when the vehicle's ignition is turned on and begin recording.

Automatic Power On/Off and Recording
Once connected to the vehicle's power supply, the dashcam will automatically power on and start recording when the ignition is turned on. It will save the current recording and power off when the ignition is turned off.

The TX-167 includes advanced driver assistance features:
