4.1. Versatile 360° Hinge and Usage Modes
The robust hinge allows for a full 360-degree rotation, enabling seamless transitions between various modes to suit your needs. This design provides flexibility for typing, watching, browsing, or chatting.

The case supports 7 unique usage modes:
- Imodi ye-laptop: Standard typing experience.
- Imodi yethebhulethi: Fold the keyboard behind the iPad for tablet use. Keys are automatically disabled.
- Imodi yetende: Ideal for watching videos or presentations.
- Imodi yokuma: Similar to Tent, but with a different angle for viewing.
- Yabelana ngemodi: Rotate the screen to share content with others.
- Corner Mode: A compact viewi-angle.
- Protect Mode: Fully closed case for maximum protection.

4.2. Backlit Keyboard
The integrated keyboard features a 10-color backlight, allowing for comfortable typing in various lighting conditions. All keys are laser etched, ensuring the character on each key is illuminated clearly.

4.3. Smart Protection
The durable polycarbonate shell provides comprehensive protection for your iPad, safeguarding all four sides and corners from everyday bumps and scratches. When in tablet mode, the keyboard keys are automatically protected.

- Locate the charging port on the keyboard case.
- Connect the provided USB charging cable to the keyboard case.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator light will illuminate. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off.
Note: A full charge typically takes 2-3 hours.
5.2. Pairing with Your iPad (Bluetooth Connection)
- Ensure your iPad's Bluetooth is turned ON. Iya ku Izilungiselelo > I-Bluetooth ku-iPad yakho.
- Turn on the keyboard by sliding the power switch to the ON position. The power indicator light will briefly illuminate.
- Cindezela inkinobho Xhuma button on the keyboard (usually a small button near the power switch or a function key combination like Fn + C). The Bluetooth indicator light will start blinking, indicating it's in pairing mode.
- On your iPad, look for "typecase Keyboard" or a similar name in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Tap on the device name to connect. Your iPad may display a pairing code. If so, type this code on the typecase keyboard and press Ngena.
- Once successfully paired, the Bluetooth indicator light on the keyboard will stop blinking and remain solid or turn off, and your iPad will show the keyboard as "Connected".
6. Iziqondiso Zokusebenza
6.1. Ukusebenzisa i-Backlight
- To turn on/off the backlight: Cindezela inkinobho Ibhalobhu yogesi key (often located near the top right of the keyboard).
- To change backlight color: Cindezela inkinobho I-RGB key (often located next to the Light Bulb key). Each press cycles through the 10 available colors.
- Ukulungisa ukukhanya: Cindezela inkinobho Ilanga icon keys (often F5 and F6 or similar) to increase or decrease brightness.
6.2. Using iOS Shortcut Keys
The top row of keys provides quick access to various iPad functions:
- Ikhaya: Buyela esikrinini sasekhaya.
- Sesha: Activate iPad search.
- Ukukhanya: Lungisa ukukhanya kwesikrini.
- Ikhibhodi ebonakalayo: Show/hide the on-screen keyboard.

- Khiya isikrini: Lock your iPad.
6.3. Ukushintsha Phakathi Kwamamodi
To switch between the 7 unique modes, simply adjust the iPad's position within the case using the 360-degree rotating hinge. The keyboard will automatically enable or disable based on the orientation (e.g., it will disable in Tablet mode to prevent accidental key presses).

7.1. Cleaning the Case and Keyboard

- Qala kabusha Amadivayisi: Turn off both the keyboard and your iPad, then restart them and attempt to connect again.
