To prevent electric shock, fire, or injury, always adhere to the following safety guidelines:

  • Never touch the plasma ball with wet hands.
  • Avoid prolonged direct contact with the glass sphere.
  • Keep the plasma ball away from high-temperature areas and metal objects during operation.
  • This product is not intended for unsupervised use by minors.
  • Do not attempt to disassemble or modify the plasma ball yourself.
  • Ensure the power adapter is correctly connected to a suitable outlet (12V).

  1. Ukukhulula: Carefully remove the plasma ball and its components from the packaging.
  2. Ukubekwa: Place the plasma ball on a stable, flat surface, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and electronic devices that may be sensitive to electromagnetic interference.
  3. Ukuxhuma kwamandla: Connect the included 12V power adapter to the sphere's power input port. Plug the adapter into a standard electrical outlet.

The Theefun Plasma Ball features two operating modes: Touch Sensitive and Sound Sensitive.

  • Vula: After connecting the power, locate the switch on the base of the plasma ball.
  • Touch Sensitive Mode: Slide the switch to the 'ON' position. The plasma filaments will activate and respond to your touch on the glass surface, following your fingertips.
  • Sound Sensitive Mode: Slide the switch to the 'AUDIO' position. The plasma ball will now respond to sounds over 80dB, such as music or loud voices, causing the electrical discharges to pulsate and flash in sync with the rhythm.
  • Cisha ugesi: Slide the switch to the 'OFF' position to turn off the plasma ball.

  • No Power/No Light:
    • Check if the power adapter is securely plugged into both the plasma ball and the wall outlet.
    • Ensure the power switch on the base is set to 'ON' or 'AUDIO'.
    • Test the outlet with another device to confirm it is functioning.
  • Weak or Inconsistent Plasma Streams:
    • Ensure the plasma ball is not placed near strong electromagnetic fields or other electronic devices that might interfere with its operation.
    • Verify the power adapter is the original 12V adapter provided with the product.
  • Sound Sensitive Mode Not Responding:
    • Confirm the switch is set to 'AUDIO'.
    • Ensure the sound source is producing audio above 80dB and is close enough to the plasma ball.
