3. Threading the Machine

Proper threading is crucial for optimal stitch quality. Follow these general steps:

1. Upper Thread: Place a spool of thread on the spool pin. Guide the thread through the thread guides, tension discs, and take-up lever. Use the built-in needle threader for convenience.
2. Bobbin Winding: Place an empty bobbin on the bobbin winder spindle. Guide the thread from the spool through the bobbin winding tension disc and around the bobbin. Start the machine to wind the bobbin evenly.
3. Bobbin Insertion: Open the bobbin cover plate. Insert the wound bobbin into the bobbin case, ensuring the thread unwinds in the correct direction. Pull the thread through the tension spring and out through the needle plate opening.

2. Stitch Selection

Turn on the machine. The LCD touch screen will display various stitch categories. Touch the desired category (e.g., Utility, Decorative, Embroidery) to view available stitches. Select a stitch by touching its icon on the screen.

3. Basic Sewing
