Before operating the polisher, ensure all components are correctly assembled.

- Identify the desired handle type (D-handle or straight side handle).
- Screw the handle securely into one of the threaded holes on the polisher's gear housing. Ensure it is tightened firmly to prevent movement during operation.
2. Attaching the Backing Pad:
- Ensure the polisher is unplugged from the power source.
- Press the spindle lock button (usually located on the gear housing) to prevent the spindle from rotating.
- Screw the desired backing pad (125mm, 150mm, or 180mm M14) onto the spindle until it is hand-tight. Release the spindle lock.
3. Attaching Polishing Accessories:
- Most polishing sponges and cloths attach to the backing pad via a hook-and-loop (Velcro) system.
- Align the chosen polishing pad with the backing pad and press firmly to secure it. Ensure it is centered to avoid imbalance during operation.

Follow these steps for safe and effective operation of your polisher.

- Ensure the power switch is in the "OFF" position before plugging the tool into a 230V power outlet.

- Start with a lower speed for initial spreading of polish or for delicate surfaces, and increase as needed for cutting or finishing.

- To start the polisher, press the trigger switch.
- For continuous operation, press the lock-on button while the trigger is depressed. This allows the tool to run without constant pressure on the trigger. Press the trigger again to release the lock-on button and stop the tool.
4. Using the 180° Rotating Handle:

5. Polishing Technique:
- Apply a small amount of polishing compound directly to the pad or the surface to be polished.
- Place the polisher flat on the surface before turning it on to prevent splatter.
- Move the polisher slowly and evenly over the surface, applying light to moderate pressure. Avoid excessive pressure, which can cause overheating or damage.
- Overlap your passes to ensure even coverage.
- Regularly check the surface for desired results and clean pads as needed.

Proper maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your polisher.
