4. Setha

1. Ukukhulula: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the mill for any damage.

   • To fill, gently pull the top stainless steel cap upwards to separate it from the acrylic glass body.
   • Fill the acrylic glass chamber with whole peppercorns. Do not overfill.
   • Align the top cap with the body and push it down firmly until it is securely in place. Ensure the airtight lid is properly sealed to preserve flavor.

1. Ukugaya: Hold the mill firmly with one hand. With the other hand, twist the top cap clockwise to activate the grinding mechanism.
2. Adjusting Grind Fineness: The WMF Pepper Mill features a fully adjustable ceramic grinding mechanism. To adjust the fineness:
   • Turn the knob located at the bottom of the grinding mechanism.
   • Turn clockwise for a finer grind.
   • Turn counter-clockwise for a coarser grind.
   • Test the grind on a surface until the desired fineness is achieved.
